Abstract

【課題】軸線方向の厚みが減少し小型化された減速機を提供する。 【解決手段】減速機1は、入力軸10に偏心して揺動する外歯歯車20と、外歯歯車20と僅少の歯数差を有し外歯歯車20が内接噛合する内歯歯車30と、外歯歯車20の自転成分のみを取り出すディスク50と、ディスク50から出力軸40に外歯歯車20の自転成分を伝達するギヤ部41、51と、出力軸40とを含む減速機構300を備え、ディスク50とギヤ部41、51と出力軸40とは、入力軸10の軸線と垂直方向に配置されている。 【選択図】 図2
<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized reduction gear by reducing the thickness in the axial direction. <P>SOLUTION: This reduction gear 1 has a speed reduction mechanism 300 including an external teeth gear 20 eccentrically rocking to an input shaft 10, an internal teeth gear 30 having a little tooth number difference from the external teeth gear 20 and internally meshing eith the external teeth gear 20, a disc 50 taking out only a rotation component of the external teeth gear 20, gear parts 41 and 51 transmitting the rotation component of the external teeth gear 20 to an output shaft 40 from the disc 50, and the output shaft 40.
