(57)【要約】 【課題】 高い拡張率を持たせることができ、低コスト で製造することができ、高い留置精度を持たせることが できるステントとする。 【解決手段】 各ステント部材12、13は、拡張した 状態で、その横断面形状が円弧状をなしており、すべて のステント部材12、13が組み合わされた状態で、略 円筒状のステント10を構成する。ステント部材12の 両端縁には、多数の係合突起12aが形成されており、 ステント部材13の両端縁には、被係合部となるメッシ ュ状の被係合孔13aが多数形成されている。そして、 ステント部材12の係合突起12aが、隣接するステン ト部材13の被係合孔13aの中にはめ込まれており、 これによって、ステント部材12、13が互いに係合し て、ステント10を構成する。
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stent which achieves a higher dilation rate and a higher retaining accuracy along with a production at a less cost. SOLUTION: Stent members 12 and 13 in dilation each present a circular arc in the shape of the cross section thereof and all of the stent members 12 and 13 are combined to make a roughly cylindrical stent 10. A number of engaging protrusions 12a are formed on both end rims of the stent member 12 and a number of mesh-like mating holes 13a as engaged parts are formed on both end rims of the stent member 13. The engaging protrusions 12a of the stent member 12 are fitted into the mating holes 13a of the stent member 13 adjacent thereto and thus, the stent members 12 and 13 are engaged with each other to make a stent 10.
